Set aside.<br />Stir butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.<br />Add in egg and egg yolk and vanilla extract to butter and sugar mixture, and stir to combine.<br />Add in chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. <br />Refrigerate dough for 45 minutes. <br />Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. <br />With the help of Scoop or hand, roll cookie dough into small balls and place on baking sheet. <br />Bake for 12-15 minutes.<br />Best Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready.<br />
